We are reaching out to you and your community, to share with you our daily challenges regarding labor-force shortages and COVID cases we are faced with. These ongoing factors continue to impact our operations and ultimately, the level of service we’ve been able to provide to you. We realize you have experienced continuous delays in your trash, recycling, and/or yard waste collections.
In an effort to decrease the overall impact these factors have on our customers, we are strategically working to modify our current routes. At this time our main focus will be on the collection of trash and recycling material(s). In order to prioritize these materials first, we need to temporarily change your current yard waste collection schedule.
Effective Monday, July 25th Yard Waste will be collected on Saturdays beginning Saturday, July 30th. This new service day will remain in effect until further notice. We understand this may be an inconvenience, but health and safety remains our top priority.
On a daily basis, we are always working to build and maintain a solid labor force. We hold regular job fairs in various locations throughout Northern VA, offer sign-on bonuses plus other incentives too and are actively hiring. You could help us too!
