Residents can schedule bulk by calling our customer care team at 703-368-0500 or online at www.americandisposal.com. The charges vary, and depend on the type of item (width, length, weight). There is no charge for mattresses, box springs, and large pieces of furniture such as sofas, dressers, and recliner chairs if scheduled in advance. Trash and recycling will NOT be serviced today, as American Disposal Service is closed due to weather. Please bring your trash in or to the back of your house if it is in a covered can. It will not be serviced until next Friday. Stay safe and warm!
Christmas trees will be collected during the first two weeks of January. Our pick ups are scheduled for Saturday, 1/6 (one day delay due to New Year holiday) and Friday 1/12. All decorations, lights, tinsel, and garland must be removed from the tree. Do not place trees in plastic bags.

Update 7/20/23: The tennis/basketball courts on Brandy Station are now closed for repairs. Update 7/19/23: The courts by the pool are closed now. An update will be posted when it is reopened. 7/18/23: Both tennis courts will be closed within the next few days.
